This site is close to Bishops Waltham with its Historic Abbey. Fareham is close by, a short car journey away, for the shoppers. Portsdown hill, with it’s superb views over looking Portsmouth. Also well worth a visit is the Historic Naval Dockyard. Winchester is another Historic City only a short distance from the site. You could also take the Children to Marwell Zoological Park just up the road about 10 minutes by car. There are some beautiful walks around the site. You could take a walk to the Hampshire Bowman for a bite to eat with all the family and the dog is welcome too…
